By placing an order with Olympian Mindset or Cariad Hypnotherapy you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms & conditions. When buying through this website the contract entered into is legally binding. If you are unhappy with these terms and conditions then please do not place an order unless you have contacted us to agree any variations beforehand.
All credit and debit cards and Paypal payments are accepted through a secure online payment service provided by Paypal. Paypal uses the SSL (secure socket layers) protection system which is the industry standard intended to give you peace of mind when making payments online. Please note that, for your security, card details are never passed to or held by Olympian Mindset or Cariad Hypnotherapy.
Orders may also be paid for by cheque drawn on a UK bank, or postal order payable to Cariad Hypnotherapy. In this case orders will be confirmed but not dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days.
We do not provide goods on a sale or return basis.
All goods will be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail on receipt of a cleared payment (for the UK only). Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
In the event that an item is out of stock and you have placed a back order we will email you with an estimated date for re-stocking and dispatch. You have the option to cancel your order if the revised delivery date is not suitable.
Delivery charges within the UK are based on the weight of the package as ready for delivery and are calculated to cover packaging materials and Royal Mail postage costs up to 2kg.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods by email, telephone or in writing. We will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
If you are not happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt and will be offer an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please obtain a proof of postage as neither Olympian Mindset nor Cariad Hypnotherapy can accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit. We are unable to refund the postage and packaging charge or other cost of returning unsuitable items except where the item is faulty or damaged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Olympian Mindset, Cariad Hypnotherapy nor any associated company shall be liable to you for reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Olympian Mindset, Cariad Hypnotherapy or any of its members, agents, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of savings), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or their resale by you.
